Not according to the NANs syllabus. Advanced Adults was open to &over champ dancers who wanted to make the jump to adult competitions without taking a 5 year break from feiseanna. Adults was open to everyone 18+ who took a 5 year break. Apparently that wasn’t the intent, as some people asked for clarification and were told something different than what was written. The committee should have immediately issued a clarification if they intended something different. They were aware of the confusion. Obviously it wasn’t clear. Taking a five year break was the difference between the groups as-written.
