Judging has always been subjective, with judges scoring those higher whose style is similar to their own. Most people non stop complaining do not dance or have kids dance that are top dancers. Those that say they do are probably lying. The bottom line is leave if you think it’s so corrupt and bad for you or yours. There are other organizations both competitive and not. Join one or start your own. No one will mind if you go. We choose to stay.
