Subject: Steriod reduction

I am finally reducing my steroids. I have a lung disease that is probably not responding to the steriods anymore. I most likely have permanent damage, so why take drugs that aren't helping. I started reducing in January from 24 mgs of Medrol. I am down to 8mg. Ever since I have gotten below 10mgs. I have been nauseted. I have tried all kinds of things thinking that it was food related, supplement related, hormone related. Every morning I am nauseated until about lunch time. Then is seems to subside. I take my Medrol in the morning with food. Could the nausea be a withdrawal side effect? How long does it last? Will it continue until I am off the steriods? Help!

Thanks! Karen
