Nope. But I eat low carb, which causes excretion of fluid and keeps me from ever having any bloat, and I make sure to drink a lot of water every day, which helps flush stuff out.

From all I've read, folks with CS need salt, magnesium and potassium. It's a shortage of these (especially the potassium) that causes cramps.

I was having excruciating, vicelike cramps in my leg and hands last summer til I started useing potassium chloride and magnesium daily, or twice daily. The relief is within minutes, usually.
