When Will and Chuck where in, they refused to do anything about the common area. Then when Will left the board, and Chuck was the president, they turned off all of the lights. Now that they are both gone, there has been a lot of stink about not being able to play tennis at night. Take a guess who is complaining. I thought someone said a long time ago that they were going to put them on a timer so that they cut off at a decent hour. It might be that they turned them on to keep the area lit for the fourth, which would make sense in a couple of ways, because you can see and who wants to shoot fireworks where the lights are on?
