Oberthur will not release profit and loss figures until next month. He blamed much of the drop in SIM revenue to aggressive price-cutting by competitors, which he says Oberthur resisted. As a result, he says the vendor was able to hold the decrease in prices for SIMs to just 6.7% during the second half of the year, while increasing volumes shipped by 33%
