Date Posted: 04:53:14 02/07/03 Fri I can state subject to everything going weel with the restructure and ultimately the rights issue kicking off okay and 50 million being raised ERG as has been pointed out to you previously in the past will be substantially debt free (not completely) and this money will fo into financian and investing activities in the statement of cah flows reconciled to the balance sheet. The company will have a fresh start and then can go after some of the things that are up for grabs around the world as various govs and transit operators go smartcard, so with a medium term view with all of the above coming off, it looks quite good in the medium term perspective. Yes it is important to remember with the court action, that both sides have stated they are not ready on the 6/2/2003--and for that reason it has been vacated to the 6/3/2003--these dates are important to remember and I made sure as soon as finding out the extra detail I alerted fellow forum members to it. I guess in my analysis (which is only opnion) it may demonstarte to the market all bulltwang aside that something is going on in relation to the Sydney contract--with especially the subject appearing on the State Liberal Party website on the 4/2/2003 and also a couple of mentions on news services--nightly news etec here in Sydney. It I think is demonstrable that something is going on. Sean Duffy confirms that ERG (phone convio) have submitted the paperwork and are waiting to hear back, further the government can proceed without the outcome of the court being known if it so chooses with ERG. It seems both sides of the political fence are vying with each other to see who can install ERG first. So this in the authors opinion seems like hearty news, for those who have ERG. Regards,--WW.
