The Company's scope of expertise in AFC includes design, development, manufacture, supply, installation, commissioning, maintenance and total outsourcing services ERG Card Systems provides smart card systems and solutions which can incorporate membership programs, loyalty schemes, security access, biometric data and social security information; as well as electronic purse functions including retail, public transport ticketing, telephone, road tolling, vending and parking. The Company provides smart card system design, integration expertise and project management services for all types of smart card projects. Operating Divisions TELECOMMUNICATIONS DIVISION: This division concentrates on paging, trunked and mobile radio systems, broadband pay-TV, GSM digital mobile telephony networks and rural telecommunications. MANUFACTURING DIVISION: Operations are based in Perth and concentrate on Nokia GSM base stations, AES Prodata ticketing systems hardware, and ERGT paging and radio systems for Australian export markets. CARD SYSTEMS & SERVICES DIVISION: This division concentrates on developing multipurpose smart card systems and exploitation of intellectual property. AUTOMATED FARE COLLECTION DIVISION: This division is involved in the production of automated fare collection products for all modes of public transport using all types of ticket technology, including contact smart card, contactless smartcard, magnetic stripe and paper.
