As it moves through time I'm confident that it will unlock written down values and will progressively be worth more in staggered fashion---Sydney is part of that and so are Delloite---the valuation will change through time depending on which values are unlocked---go into complicated detail with some transactions that have been done in the past that are recorded on this scratchpad---there are also sorts of woinderful things in getting rid of depreciation and amortisation and matching it out---and all sorts of stuff like that--then the 55 million in licence fee's deferred but not disallowed--then you have the reversal of 9 mill for Prepayment Cards---heaps of stuff in the past accounts that will have an effect in the future---with ERG---with a March 2003 view----I'm not all concerned with it as a company---the next result as P Fog says (and sometimes he surprises)---it will just on sentiment be a beauty--as the writedowns are one off and non recurring and occured in the past financial years---ERG will be as P Fog say's profitable at the ebitda level---from that point--as it progresses from there I see a really good September 2003--the next six months after that--then ERG will really come into it's own in 2004--thats my view and I'm correct.
Here it sits at 10c in December 2002.
