Date Posted: 15:56:20 01/23/03 Thu With the things written down in ERG's accounts basically under the tax regime (and you can read Peter Fogarty alluding to this in the company announcement section when he uses terms like "sufficient measurable cost" ERG have to show through time that the benefit of it's business plan as it unravels can be quantified and valued in the accountancy sense. (ie there was no need to write the expenditure down of the acquistion of MOT interests worldwide, for among other things it contains ITS the preffered proponent for Sydney, (call for directions Cubic verses N.S.W. 6th of February, Administrative Appeals Division, Supreme Court of N.S.W.) that was judged and one of the reasons cited was Sydney, to have a value in that accountancy sense.
