Date Posted: 06:51:36 01/23/03 Thu For whenever this situation arises---ie a vote is needed over some matter or other that is regrded as crucial--or some such thing--the big shareholders have the votes--doesn't really matter, what the smaller shareholder votes for. I analysis right from the time it was first announced as far as Ive gone in my thinking--I just autamatically know (for the reasons above it will go ahead, whther that is justice or--walking over smaller shareholders is right or wrong--I suppose it is wrong---but then I think in this case---smaller shareholders including myself-think it is a beauty that big insto's are coming on board and at the same time wiping out the debt owing on the notes--bye bye Motorola---hello SUIT--owned by Eureko.
