Subject: (UEC .145) versus (EGR .14) who will win in twelves months?
Comments:
UEC
Owns a broadband network throughout major metropolitan ares in Australia, they are signing new accounts at a very fast pace.
9 month Sept. 30 03 sales contracts were $51 million.

Full year 03 sales contracts $86 million, most of these are for two year plus and should most likely resign.

The costs are largely fixed at about $2.8 million a month subject to general inflation as UEC does not deal in content or any resale products.

They are 66% held by (UEL) United Energy which has extened a $80 million loan facility of which $35 million has been used so finance should be of no concern.

Timely company updates and announcements are very good and straight forward which reflects on quality management.

There was a sale of the Perth network which will book a $7 million loss in early 03 which will cloud results until midyear.

By reading through the last years announcements it is easy to get a feel for the direction and earnings potential of this company. I own this security and and find it interesting with limited risk. Do your own research!
Thanks
abc
