I would think that this is also the mistake which a lot of people at this forum have made - overlooking (or not understanding) the ERG financial. The story is different from the institution investors. They focus more on company financial, as they themselves are financial institutions. That's why they have all bailed out some time ago. imo ERG must fix up its financial before we see any big jump and continued improvment in its share price. This means things will only start to happen after the EGM. A 40 cnets ERG share price before the EGM would likely derail the capital restructure and is not a good thing for ERG.
