I would expect when either an announcement is made by The Supreme Court saying that basically NSW are in the right (that should come before the actual signing which may occur after The NSW election due in March) (I'm not a lawyer as you know) (so I'm not trying to pretend I am in any way--do have a few courses done in the past--very basic commercial law.) (only I repeat extremely basic stuff.) that legal matters aside, this will be positive for the share price on the day that comes out, it is a hard thing to judge I would think it is going become overbought that particular day though, possibly bid up beyond what it is worth on the extreme.
