Hi,

First of all, I'm so sorry that you are having a difficult time.
I still am too, but I just started counselling this week, and I really feel like its going to help me to deal with this. Try and get a recommendation from someone you trust. I know that it feels worse everytime you think about it, or talk about it, but in the end, its better to let it out then keep your pain inside.
*hugs*
be kind to yourself, and take care.

Dear Ashlee,

I am so sorry for the difficulties you are going through. I agree with BB that you should talk to someone about how you are feeling and what you are going through.

We all need to find our path to healing from hurts and pain. There are several good resources out there for post-abortion issues. Please find a local pregnancy center at this site:

http://www.optionline.org/advantage.asp

They also have a page with some post-abortion information on it:

http://www.optionline.org/hadabortion.html

Call a center near you or the 1-800-39-HELP number and ask about the FREE post-abortion counseling they offer.

This is another site with many good links - please spend some time there looking it all over:

http://www.inourmidst.com./abortion_links.htm

It's really important for you to understand why you're feeling the way you do. Having another pregnancy/baby is also a "symptom" of Post-abortion Stress - it will NOT make the bad feelings go away - so please understand what you are really going through before you try to have a child.

Hang in there, we're here to support you and help you!

Hugs,
Kris
