Dear BB,
I respectfully disagree with your take on the book I mentioned in the post below. I read through the informatioin on the website and I think it's a book that seeks to help women find healing for the hurts from abortion.
I understand that you are dealing with guilt - and that's part of the natural process you are going through with your loss. Guilt is a part of that loss/grief cycle. I have recenlty lost my Dad and I too have had feelings of guilt with that, it's not that I dwell there or press my guilt onto others - but I realize it's there, and acknowledge it's part of it all and move on. That's the critical part to healing from loss - moving on - not getting "stuck" in one of the phases of it all.
I would NOT want to discourage anyone here from seeking the healing they need, and we each are unique, therefore find that healing in our unique way.
In no way was my post a pointing the finger of condemnation, it was pointing others to a path of healing, hopefully.
I care deeply for all the women that post here, I don't think there is a single more important issue that is as widespread and harmful than post-abortion stress. That is MY opinion and experience.
Peace,
Kris
