What is unacceptable is the he REFUSES to disclose the complete books of the organization. SHOW us what all the other expenses are. SHOW us the cash inflows and outflows. Don't assume dishonesty just b/c you don't like it. Just ask him why he chooses this design of monies flow. There's probably a good reason. 's message, "None of how Bob is structuring the organization, by the way, is illegal. How he structures the flow of money into the Scholarship Association & into the pageant is completely legal & not intended to be shady or dishonest. Its just structured in a way to his choosing and advised by financial experts and then people are shocked when they learn about it. They have a vision instead of all monies, ads, fees, and donations are going towards scholarships for the girls but in fact a lot of money is needed to form, bolster, and keep the organization in the black for a variety of reasons revenue/expenditures that our tax codes require. Other states in MAO have choices in how they want to structure their organization. Certain designs within the non-profit org keep a state out of trouble depending on the flow and total monies they have. Bob chooses this algorithm.
