I always wondered what happened to #5. Makes sence that #4 had something to do with it.

There isn't one person out there who is free of some sort of undesireable behavior( cheating on taxes, cheating on spouse/sig other, drugs, alcohol, talking behind backs, cheating,lying...). Maybe they need to go to another state to get someone to take over??
