Subject: Kathi and Doug emailed several people when they resigned. I'm not comfortable revealing any details, except to say there was a high level of frustration on their part, with respect to how some titleholders were treated, and as much as they tried, they couldn't really help them because they weren't allowed to. But you're right, they still love the organization for what it can do for contestants, but they just felt the need to step away, at least for awhile. I don't know if they would consider coming back.
