Subject: Kati or Mary McCaman could better answer this question than I could. But I was under the impression the Teen Director selected the panel with Bob's approval, and if they needed local Fresno judges, he would make suggestions because he has so many Fresno connections. But like I said, Kati or Mary would have the definitive answer.
