Generally that means about 60 Miss contestants and 40 Teens but the numbers may be fudged a little in one direction or another. i.e. If there are 59 Miss Contestants they might allow for 41 teens. This year there were 61 Miss and 39 Teens. When determining who may compete in the teen program, priority will be given to the teens who won a pageant to get there. Second priority will be given to teens who are appointed. Third priority to at large contestants. Hope this clears up any misunderstanding.
