While the title was Miss Pasadena, the franchise territory included Glendale, which is right next door, so Laura Berger was also "from" her area. Is that what you meant? The other three finalists held open titles, which are statewide, so in effect, they too, were "from" their areas (the state of CA) though not from the area of the particular title.
