Author: I can't see TX in the Top Ten at Miss America but IL and WA were pretty bad last year so you never know. [> Subject: I've seen California, Hawaii, New Jersey, Nevada, Tennessee, and Texas. In my OPINION Texas was the best pageant followed by Tennessee. Nevada was easily the worst with California a close 2nd worse.
