I know, I know. Been here, done that. But I don't know what's up with you TODAY and I'd love to get a conversation started again.

I seem to be exploring the duality trap. The limitations this kind of thinking binds us in. The pain of feeling trapped in these limitations. Sometimes being able to move out of this paradigm, but rarely able to stay there very long. Why does this way of being continually reassert itself? What energies draw me back over and over again to the same old places energetically? What can I be thinking? And feeling, especially feeling.

I had a dream a couple nights ago that I was at a Symposium of the Mind. The Chair that the Director of the Symposium was to sit in was vacant (The Director was visiting the bathroom at the time) so I sat there, declaring that "I represent the part of the mind that deals with emotions". When The Director returned she was miffed that I was sitting in her chair. Instead of moving out, as my usual old self would have done, I moved OVER and said, "I think there's room for both of us to sit here." And we did that.

With Love, Cassandra
