Nah, didn't think you were. To many big words, remember :)

What would I care if Heywood is pissed

I'm not so sure if the written word can't be hurtful. Even if you're a troll, it still hurts to be insulted. I'm not saying Heywood is the only one capable of doing this, but he seems to be very good at it. It can be hard to take critisism, from anyone and in any form. Even if you decide for yourself that it's not worth noticing, it can still chafe. Flames are a very direct attack on the ego. It's pretty hard to shut that out. It's one of the reasons why flames are usually replied to in kind: the critisism gets lost in the flamee's urge to protect the self. It's hard to learn anything when you're busy defending your sense of selfworth.

Well, if you're a GAFF-er, you'll know Heywoods ...talent.. for flaming, that for one. Besides that, I remember a comment meant as a joke on the old board that pissed everyone of. If anyone would find out you're the troll, they would not like you very much anymore, and it would take quite some explaining and apologizing to get back in everyones good graces. You're right to say this goes for impersonating any member of the board, but I noticed that people are a bit, for lack of a better word, protective about Heywood.

I'm very glad to hear that ;) I am a bit worried about the 'at present' part though. ;P

If we are talking about
>importance on GAFF, he's just another member, like you

Well, yes and no. Ofcourse we're all members, but there are some members that have been here longer than others, or who post more replies. It's no fun impersonating me, because I'm a newbie with relatively little to say. It would be just as silly to impersonate, for example, Ayezur or Chainsaw Midget, or you for that matter, it would hold the same risks I listed above for impersonating Heywood.

That said, your reasoning is very persuasive, as always. I'll keep it in mind.
