And I should remind you that I didn't throw personal insults around. Have you read through the thread that sparked this? I was the one being insulted, but I stuck to the topic. I highlighted such in this thread.

Attributing causes of an organization's decline to someone does not equate personally insulting them, unless you see the attack on the reputation to be the same as a personal insult.

How would you define "personal insult"?
