Subject: Had this Squad been equipped with the depth it needed then certain players would not have been ‘running on empty ‘. I agree that criticism of the Team is unjust but relying on certain players way past their best because of what ‘great servants ‘ they’ve been to the Club is just not a winning mentality . Perhaps not future ‘galacticos’ but why can’t our we source young talent ?? Far easier to extend contracts to the over 30s!!!
