Subject: Lack of long term thinking where today matters more than tomorrow. In total this season's results with this squad have been good. Of course we're all pissed off when we under perform but we wouldn't be happier with a bunch of young players who don't look good enough. Silva's choice is to go with experience and I think it marks him out as a conservative coach. That's not bad but I suspect this is as good as it gets.
