  • Hope your optimism is justified. Squad wise we have a lot of old highly paid players. Looking at smaller clubs I would say Brentford and Bournemouth are in better positions and BHA who arguably are now bigger than us are streets ahead in terms of personnel. I think we have the best manager or level with Bournemouth. Overall I think we start with a lot worse cards than our mid and upper mid table rivals. Palace included.
