Subject: Don't know about that. Given TK is to a certain extent an "amateur" (i.e. not a professional football analyst) I imagine he's somewhat swayed by American sports. The prevailing philosophy since Moneyball is to use data to seek out value that others are missing. I think it very possible that the club's mid-20s Premier League cast off strategy is informed by analytics that show a gap in the market, an overlooked asset while others target youth. Think it equally plausible to the Marco-drives theory
