Subject: Agree on the second point. We are where we are on that and devil will be in the interpretation and implementation of it when it comes into effect. On the 1st part, linked inside are a variety of articles (BBC, SkySports, Guardian) from this year confirming the rules aren't in play next season. They were meant to be nonbinding trial in 24/25, which I think is why Palace were experimenting pushing the envelope, then in force 25/26. But they voted to push till 26/27
