Subject: Cool, thank you, links are useful, appreciated. I think my point stands though - theres no suggestion these rules arent coming in at some point and player contracts run for years. It would be insanity for the club to sign up player contracts that push us well in excess of the threshold that will be introduced.

On the 1st part, linked inside are a variety of articles (BBC, SkySports, Guardian) from this year confirming the rules aren't in play next season. They were meant to be nonbinding trial in 24/25, which I think is why Palace were experimenting pushing the envelope, then in force 25/26. But they voted to push till 26/27" on Monday, June 30, 12:51:59pm
