I can only go by what is literally in the published accounts, which is a total matchday revenue of 18m per season.
Our matchday revenue before the riverside was reopened was £10m. (as per published accounts) So assuming no additional revenue for any other stand (there have been price rises but not massive), the Riverside is generating £8m.
Your per match calculations dont really work because they don't take into account ST's, concessions, are based on 100% utilisation etc. Maybe i'm a couple of million out and its generating £10m(its possible revenue in other stands has decreased due to concession mix etc) - but either way there is no way the riverside is generating £30m on non matchdays, there's absolutely nothing in the accounts that suggests anything like that, either in the club accounts, or the stadium accounts. Or, if the stand is generating that level of income, the club aren't reporting those revenues (which isn't really believable, and would be illegal).

Might it be that the source to which the OP referred meant solely **food and drink revenue **accruing within the Riverside stand and Pier? 40% from match attendees and 60% from passers-by and Braserrie diners on other days? - Thats possible, yes, absolutely, although where anyone would get the information from to be able to make that judgement, i'm really not sure. I haven't seen the aforementioned youtube video the OP cites, so impossible to judge any level of credibility. I mean, i could put out a video saying its raising £500m, it wouldn't make it true. All good points, only thing I'd add is the Riverside is not yet complete according to my understanding and different offerings are being offered as time moves on. Yes, there's a chance my calculations (guesses?) are way out, but also worth pointing out that the annual accounts show what the Riverside generated in the 12 months to the 30 June 2025, not what the Riverside is generating currently! - From a gate reciepts/matchday income point of view, the 24/25 accounts are pretty much complete - (meaning that gate revenue line is unlikely to increase by anything binary). Non matchday, of course you're correct, and i would expect these to spike higher, but certainly not to the tune of £30 odd million.
