  • He didnt in the top flight when you look at the detail. He gave Tigana a fair chunk for the initial splurge then nothing. He gave coleman nothing for 4 years. He gave Sanchez a bit, but not loads, and a chunk of that was offset by the sales of the likes of Knight, Diop etc. He gave Hodgson a bit when he first arrived and then the first summer, but not much else. He gave Hughes virtually nothing. we recieved more than we spent under Jol. None of this compares to the 80-100m Silva's had per year.
