Places like sky sports stated mitrovic refused to play and told his relatives that was the case. Didn’t he change his insta to him in an Ah Alil shirt too? Saha was “totally disgusted and virtually destroyed”, if either if those things aren’t true then I don’t know why either wouldn’t sue the likes of Sky for slander. Plenty have left the club and done so in a far less public manner. Why would those specific stories be released? What’s the club motivation? -- SW6.doc

- I thought the club didn’t care about the fans and the likes of AM just ignored them and their concerns? Surely any reasonable, and the vast majority, of fans would understand sometimes as a mid prem club you have to sell a player due FFP and to strengthen elsewhere, even if they are a fan favourite. I don’t get how FFC or XY media company aren’t open to being sued for defamation if they’ve made something so specific up.     - No the individual could sue, why wouldn’t mitrovic sue FFC for defamation? It’s been specifically reported he told his family he wont play for FFC again, if that came from FFC it’s blatant defamation. What is the one time they’ve factually done this? I just don’t see why a club who ignores supporters groups, doesn’t care about legacy fans at all (or so I’m told) but then is releasing potentially libellous stories to appease those same fans. I used to assume that because i don't find FFP/SCR etc complex, but in reality, its not the case at all. LOADS don't get it. People still moan we haven't spent the Palhinha/Mitrovic money. People think we're going into every summer able to spend £200m+ People don't get that we're still spending money on the amortisation of (for instance) Iwobi's transfer fee.     - Many are dumb then, it’s not a PSR thing, pre and during PSR, FFC and 99% of other football clubs you have to sell to buy, if Liv, City and Arsenal sell in order to meet financial needs then how can anyone with any sort of intelligence not understand that Fulham have to.         I've no knowledge of veracity or source of media reporting in the build up to Mitro's departure so I make no judgement on it. There were things I saw with my own eyes which made me uncomfortable towards the end - & it didn't help when he went down in the box as if he had been shot followed by close-ups showing no apparent contact. If I am wrong, well I apologize. Nonetheless, a wonderful striker for us including adding almost playmaking contributions as he went into midfield.to fetch the ball.
