Subject: The easy option is to have a Director of football working with the Manager. We are not doing badly but should be challenging much harder for an European spot. The striker situation needs solving and we need to recruit in the midfield area where we need more inventiveness and pace. We're not far off being g a very good side, losing Iwobi hasn't helped our cause but our lack of firepower in front of goal has cost us this season. Need to resolve the Marco situation as soon as possible.
