Maybe I've missed it but one of the obviouse issues we have had is losing both Sess and Iwobi. Sess is far better going forward than Robinson, his crossing is better and his finishing is so much better. Iwobi is so good at carrying the ball forward, he can spot a pass ,cross well and he can finish as we have seen. These virtues were sadly missed against Bournemouth. We should not have lost this game. We got into some very good position's but our final ball, crossing and ability to score just wasn't there, especially as Jiminez was Injured in the warm up. These are nor excuses but facts, yes we should have been able to cope but we didn't. We have some great opportunities to get into that top 6 position but each time we have not taken the opportunity. Unlike some I do believe it has been a reasonable season. We do have things to resolve, we must sort the Marco situation out and I hope he stays. If we can bring in a striker and add some pace and creativity in midfield we can look forward to an even better next season. Yes I still have my optimistic glasses on but in the end its just an opinion. I would be interested to hear what you guys think.

I mentioned below that with Iwobi, Sess, Tete and Raul missing (you could add Berge too) we're missing half a team. I'd love people to re-watch that Bournemouth game, we were actually not that bad considering they're unbeaten since early Jan, we were very unlucky to get beaten IMO. - We played well up to a point in the first half - full of energy and they were clearly up for it - but without the end product. Robinson was particularly wasteful having got himself into space, and there was the Muniz miss. - Every team has injuries, we’ve been amongst the lowest when it comes to time lost to injury for first team players over last couple of years. Bournemouth was decent, but the Arsenal effort was woeful, they hadn’t scored more than 1 in about 10 games and could have easily put 4 or 5 past us, people will say illness, but it was a similar poor effort v Liv away. Not saying we should be winning, but the performance was not good and our set pieces have become so bad again.
