Subject: Said it during and after the game, the players and their performances are reflecting the manager. Lack of urgency, not fully engaged, no commitment going through the motions a bit, lack of any inspiration or fresh ideas. I’m the first to barrack players and they should absolutely take individual responsibility, but is it any wonder this is playing out when the manager, their boss and leader, is doing as I described, just go silva, you ain’t as good as you think you are.
