  The message format on this new board is also identical to InsidetheWeb, and I think you will be happy to know that there are NO limitations on the amount of TEXT in the Subject Line for replies..... yaaaaaay!
  
  However.... there is one teensy little "problem" to deal with. When you click on a reply to respond to it, you will find that it is displayed in a HUGE font size! That appears to be a "bug" somewhere in this server, which I have reported to Tech Support. Perhaps they will get around to eventually correcting it, but if they do NOT, imo that is a VERY small price to pay to "trade off" for being able to post as long a reply as we WANT in the subject line. Also, this huge font is never actually displayed directly on the board and only appears that way when we're "inside the box" responding to a reply... so I think we can live with this, whether or not it's ever corrected by Tech Support.
  
  All MAIN topics created on this board are automatically "hidden". The "Preview Post" option is also available with this server, along with a set of emoticons.
  
  Let me also warn all posters here that should we run into any "serious" problems with this NEW board and end up having to move the ATB Boards once again, I am completely sure we will have NO other alternative but to go with one of those boards where we would have to "click to read" each post and reply! I have searched high and low and trust me when I say this is the ONLY other message board server out there that provides the "message tree format" for threading replies directly on the board.
  
  Free message boards on the Net are quickly becoming a thing of the past.... due to low revenues generated from the ads/banners that appear on these boards, sponsored by the companies who PAY for these boards so they remain FREE for us to use. That is why ISW shutdown and apparently so are a lot of other message board servers. Therefore, it might help all of us to remember that clicking on some of these ads (sometimes) that appear on these boards might go a long way towards ensuring our being able to maintain these "free" forums for as long as possible.

  As I know Jules will report in her mags, it's been confirmed that Tonja Walker/Alex Hesser will be returning sometime in late April.
  
  Well, I loved Alex/Tonja. What wonderful stuff she did with Todd when she turned out to be Starr's match for a donor and when Tea helped her acquittal. Alex rocked in many stories, Asa & of course, Carlo. Remember her talking to his ashes, priceless stuff. I hope Alex will be involved in Todd's story in some capicity!
  
  Gary, you're on the right track in hiring back fan favorites, now add FL, RS and Thom Christopher from my list and I'll be a happy camper. I'm sure I can think of others but I'll start with these.

  • It'll be great to have Alex back in Llanview. Wonder how long it's for, though? I read on newsgroup that it's only short term, which I can easily see. I imagine she'll return as a part of the mob story as that gets tied up (once and for all, please....). Heck, I think it'd be a kick to see Alex be behind all the mob stuff, above Gina.   A poster named *Cocoa*, who some of you may have heard of (she's a TNT fan) has sources with GH (she's been very reliable in the past). She posted last night that Flo is looking for employment and Jill is trying to find a place on the canvas for her, but she doesn't think it will be "Brenda". She says casting a new love interest for Sonny is top priority (now that SB is leaving) and VM is definitely NOT coming back and they won't recast Brenda, so she thinks FL could be in the running for the role of "Hannah".

  Sorry... but the Internal Server Errors and various other little things that keep me from posting on my own damn board have finally driven me over the top! I can't take it anymore.   OK, I'm not an impersonater, just a long lost poster friend who decided to drop in on the board and say hi. I know that I stopped watching OLTL on a regular basis about 4 months ago. Although I do watch when I hear RH is going to be on. However, the last couple of weeks have been ludicrous. Whoever is writing RH's material has completely drained the life out of the character of Todd Manning. The writing and RH are just not explaing to me why he says he now wants Blair. As to the Blair and Todd story, I just do not see any chemistry and I can't see their story continuing this way [given the ratings] past May if RH does not take his out-clause [Please don't let Todd be stuck with Blair through November sweeps]
  
  So I guess I come to the main point. Since GT appears to be going for a B&T reunion and he is writing Todd to show that TOdd in some way does care for Blair [whether its out of his memories of their past, his fear of being alone or for starr] then I ask 'is that all there is to this story, an obvious reunion that does not appear to be helping the ratings even while utilizing their main attraction drawing actor ie., RH?' Well, if it is then GT is missing the boat as to how to best utilize RH's acting talents and how to keep Soap viewers tuned in. Or perhaps,as I fervently hope, GT is setting up the building blocks for a good old fashioned soap story ie., the return of a love interest? I guess I could see this B&T story working if it is intended to get TOdd to a point where he has settled for Blair and he thinks that is all he is going to get knowing that Blair will probably always love Max more and in addition he has given Starr a family. So Todd believes he is as happy as he will ever get and everything appears settled and calm. However, that's when the storm hits and Tea Delgado returns. After all it would not be a believable story if Todd did not have a real dilemma in choosing between two women. THus, the the story must be set up to show that TOdd in some way made a committment to Blair to make it work and to Starr to give her a family. In addition Tea would have a dilemma because she would not only have her pride to protect but also she might see Todd as off limits now because of what Starr wants. Anyway, that's what I want to see for May sweeps. So am I going to get it? Is GT even contemplating that the B&T story is tanking and looking around for certain attorney [LOL] to spice things up again? Any thoughts guys, any rumors? Can I still hope for a Tea return?
