  • I wish I gave a donkey's "pile" about tnb so maybe then I could share in the joy they must feel in knowing they're getting everything they've ever wanted PLUS some. The message I'm receiving from GT "which gets louder/clearer with each scoop" is "he's also a fan of tnb and has every intention of expressing that". I could never see this as a TnT vehicle, and I personally wouldn't want it for them, but if ya like someone, it's not a bad deal to have an EP who shares your views. Oh well.     • Mija, I agree, and it's extra too bad that they spent the last several months making Blair even more unlikable than she ever was before, to me anyway. Everyday I'm left with the same thing, forget everything that she said or did so that I can enjoy the next show. Problem is that everyday I have a new set of things I need to forget she said or did.       • What I dislike the most about her is that she never takes any responsibility for what she does. Won't go over the whole list, but the kiss and invitation into her room the night before the wedding were perfect examples. She was in jail wondering what she could have done differently to get Todd to trust her, as if she had done everything right and couldn't possibly have made better choices, totally clueless that kissing Max and inviting him in were wrong and led to everything else.         • She should be feeling horrible for putting her games with Max ahead of Todd's feelings which is what gave Max the opportunity scam them, but instead she's putting all the blame on Todd. Todd of course was supposed to just have blind faith in her to the point of ignoring what he saw with his own two eyes. How can you trust someone to not repeat the past when they've shown no remorse for it? Would Marty have spent time alone with Todd if he'd never felt remorse for the rape? Of course not.           • Elisa, ITA, Blair never accepting responsibility is one of her worse & most unlikeable traits. I far prefer vixens like Dorian that CAN occassionally admit their mistakes & try to atone. Or villains like Todd & Adam on AMC who CAN admit all the damage they've caused & express true remorse. The words "all my fault" are not in Blair's vocabulary & that forever dooms her in my eyes, too. I just recently purchased the early Todd story on tape, I have everything up to Rebecca's leaving as of right now.     • Today's show again put a question mark on Todd's feelings for Blair. He didn't leave the graveyard after his encounter with Max and immediately rush to help Blair out of legal trouble. It took Starr yet again forcing him to do it before he had any interest in doing anything. And Blair today wasn't upset that she would lose 20 years with Todd or even with her daughter.       • And she again dumped the blame for her troubles on Todd ignoring the fact she committed a violent crime. I don't see them writing them as having any depth of feeling. They've made odd choices if they expect anyone to want them together. Did anyone notice that they rewrote history again today by saying that Blair got a divorce settlement from Max.         • Just wanted to throw in an IA, Jasper. Todd had to be berated by his daughter into helping Blair. She's using that old emotional blackmail on him. As for the settlement, I seem to recall Max agreeing to a settlement when he called Blair's bluff about divorcing, but I could be wrong.         • Hi Jasper, Blair did get a divorce settlement from Max. Blair being so greedy is partly why she backed Max NOT Todd when he revealed Buke heir scam. But she hasn’t gotten a dime of that settlement as Kelly had to bail her out, & I doubt now she’ll see a dime as I suspect Asa will cook Max’s goose soon, hope so. Their bond was never very strong, always fell apart quite easily in face of crisis after crisis. As for B&M, lovers or enemies, they are obsessed w/each other is message I get.   I'm not sure how many of you guys watch Buffy, but since Angel left, I've always wanted a pairing with Buffy/Spike(call me crazy. I like angst). I dislike her dull boyfriend.
  
  Seems, they're *exploring* the possibility lately,and I'm overjoyed.
  
  I caught the show last night, and Spike(with his darkness and *monster* with a soul act) is thinking about Buffy more frequently. Last night, when she told him, *you're beneath me*,(after they almost kissed)I was mesmerized with his response(shades of Todd/RH, and his subsequent reaction). What was more unbelievable, was his reaction when he found her.Oh Lordy...
  
  ~SIGH~ I, regretfully,can't see my favorite daytime couple, live, on screen at this time, but I'm enjoying Spike/Buffy connection.

  • Spike's the best thing on television these days, exciting, intense, sexy, smart, sarcastic, erotic, bad, sensitive, you name it, he's got it. Last night's episode was a rerun from earlier in the season, but it was one of the best episodes ever, lots of hot hot Spike stuff, and then that ending, wow.     • Buffy went to Spike because he killed two slayers in the last century and she wanted to know how he did it or what the slayers did wrong that caused them to lose the fights. We got to see lots of Spike history, the fights in which he killed the slayers, a real hot scene with Drucilla, wow, and lots of real good dialogue and intensity between Spike and Buffy.     • I hate it that they put a chip in his head so he couldn't bite. The second half of last year was awful because of it. Just Spike standing around feeling sorry for himself. But this year Spike is doing a lot more, and the whole Buffy fixation is really making things more exciting. I have no idea if James Marsters is leaving the show.     • That chip thing bothers me because part of Spike's appeal is the anticipation of badness, and the will he or won't he, just like with Todd. If Spike CAN'T bite, it takes the anticipation away, and it takes away the significance of the times he chooses NOT to bite. I'd much rather see him able to bite but choosing not to sometimes, and being unable to resist at other times.       • Trog, well, I still love Spike, but the chip thing takes a lot away, including the scariness. I want Spike scary, as well as hot, fun, sarcastic, exciting. De-vamping the vamps, whether it be that they're cursed with a soul or stuck with a government chip in their heads, either way they're not vampires anymore, so what's the point?   • Spike and Buffy are da bomb : ) her dullsville cardboard boyfriend was boring me senseless.     • Ophelia, ICAM, Riley bored me to tears, as did entire "innitiative" mess. So glad, JW got back on track to focus on slayer powers, what makes Buffy TICK is great as it ties into Spike in some ways understanding a slayer BETTER than Giles or anyone else.       • As for "vamps w/souls," in early years I found Angel's story more compelling than Buffy's for he WAS repeatedly tempted by his own instincts. Plus, Angel was NEVER tamed like Spike, he still had a major dark side that got unleashed. In fact, HATED Angel series UNTIL recently when the whole Darla temptation of Angel arc began, way cool.         • Sure, I think Spike's sarcasm is often as hilarious as Todd's quips. However, for me at least, Angel is far close to Todd character, tragic & raging at his fate, searching for redemption, and wanting a little taste of “elusive” happiness to call his own… yet often giving into the dark power within!   Why in the world OLTL used a T&B promo when they hav'nt been on yet this week? I assume it will all take place today and tomarrow, but why did'nt they focus on the Colin murder mystery this week?   • IA Debbie...I thought yesterday's episode was well done and was the real teaser material for this week. With most of the cast all convening on one spot and the seed planted that much went down in an unseen hour timespan, that definitely had the draw power for me, and I think a great promo could have been made from it, too.   Could they try any harder to get us all to hate Colin? Former ladies man needs three drugs to get a woman to have sex with him? It was pathetic. First we saw him mix two drugs to put in the syringe to knock her out, then he gives her the clear stuff in the pitcher that sure sounded like libidozone the way he said that he got it from a doctor friend and it will rid her of her inhibitions. You know the problem is that when you see them trying so hard to get you to hate someone, it somehow seems way too contrived to really work. Oh well, the only other thing I was thinking was that poor Nora was better off blind with Todd. At least he didn't drug her, gave her a chance to fight him off, and he seemed to enjoy her spunk.

  • WTF??? GT is starting to make even weirder casting choices than JFP! Although, if it is true that LL was born in 1955 that makes him the same age as Mr. MCW and we have a 20 and a 17 year old.   Well I’ve caught up with last weeks episodes and I see I didn’t miss much. It was certainly no ‘hell no’ week. I was so relaxed and rested even the Blair’s braying didn’t bother me, although I‘m sure that won’t last long. Definitely the highlight for me was Todd & Nora’s scene, these two are just dynamite together, so many damned missed opportunities with the convent days. My second favorite was Todd & Skye, those wonderful stares, sneering smiles and snipes, very nice. But the rest, blah, what a let down with the Colin junk, very cheesy looking. And now I hear Todd is going to helping his OTD (love that Pilar) in a cop uniform???? I think I should have stayed in paradise where the phrase “Don’t worry, be happy” never would apply to me watching this soap!
