Author: I DO KNOW
Subject: Think back twenty years. There were very few mediums on which to place talent. Therefore, you had the best available. For example, how many Lettermans and Leno's are there in America? Not many! Another example is professional sports. Over saturation of teams lead to a bad product. It's really just that simple. The best example is news. Watch MSNBC and you will see how thin the talant pool really is. If each market can get one "star," then we are lucky.
In reply to: "Vince From Villanova" (Always look on the bright side of life.) 's message, "Well, they DO have MAS, Giordano, Katz, Rollye, and Rush... there's always some hope. And hey, while WPHT's numbers are mediocre, they could also be a hell of a lot worse." on 04:52:31 01/20/03 Mon
