Subject: How does Martarano keep his job?

I've listened to Steve Martarano on WPHT (with Kaplan and Cheeks), on WWDB, and now he is working at WIP for the 6th? time. He is a very intelligent man with one fatal drawback----he hates his callers with a passion irregardless of where he works. How does a man like that keep getting work in radio?
