Subject: The problem with radio is that you simply don't NEED a sizeable audience to be successful. All you need to do is keep your ad revenues above your expenses. That's why a station that doesn't even show up in the ratings can thrive for years, while a station with a respectable 3.5 can be losing money and have to flip formats. I suspect WNWR's salespeople are doing better than you might think.
