Rambacker, did any other news media (other than the Bronx News 12 story referred to below) publically mention (confirm) Quesada's transfer to Fordham? If so, what is the other media source referred to in your post above. Any speculation on when the transfer may be confirmed by Manny or Fordham, if true? It always seems that the longer confirmation of commitments are put off, the more opportunity there is for mischief (i.e. contact by other programs) to occur. -- Fordham Rams Basketball Message Board

West Ram, they cannot confirm anything until he signs on the dotted line. Right now he is still free game. Schools do not have to back off anf he is free to change his mind at any point in time until he signs on that letter to transfer. (NT) -- Dadas78, Wed April 20, 2005 11:33:54

There is no "signing" per se. A transfer remains in play until they attend the first day of classes under full-time enrollment in the fall. I know that's a long time to hold your breath but that's the legality as far as the NCAA is concerned. (NT) -- fu-worker, Wed April 20, 2005 11:59:27

The only media to formally report that Quezada is transferring to Fordham is Bronx News 12. And they are sticking to their story. Other media people are also hearing it but don't feel comfortable yet announcing it. But anything can happen here. He's fair game but let's keep our fingers crossed.
