Subject: In order to keep DW for the long term, we need to make sure he has a very competitive A-10 level salary/bonus package(or better), the right number of years in the contract and begin the exploratory process for a new convocations center. If he's our man, we need to make Fordham his place. This will also set the stage for hiring a top notch coach as his eventual successor and show that Fordham is serious about basketball. It's time to send that message. You get what you pay for.
