Subject: Michael J. Armstrong Memorial Foundation Spring Gala

Dear Rebounders,

On Saturday, April 23, the Michael J. Armstrong Memorial Foundation will hold our third annual dinner and auction at The Marriott Marquis in Times Square. As many of you know, Mike was a faithful Fordham Rebounder who died on September 11th, 2001. The Foundation was established in loving memory of Mike, in order to keep his name and spirit alive and to support some of his great loves, one of them being Fordham Mens’ Basketball! Thanks to our many loyal supporters, Mike’s Foundation has been able to contribute greatly toward the basketball program each of the last two years and will continue to do so. Please consider being a part of what is sure to be a magical evening next Saturday. Your presence would be greatly appreciated! This year’s attendees include Coach Whittenburg, Fr. McShane, Fr. O’Hare, Coach Foley, and many Fordham alumni. I really hope you can join us in honoring Mike and supporting Fordham hoops.
