What I don't understand is why the Council can't force Tesco's to do something with the old Lo'Cost store, surely they could either extend their own store and put clothes and electrical equipment like their other stores have or turn it into a B & Q or something similar, all the other smaller towns have small shopping precincts but not us. It's disgracefull how that large building is left to stand empty. I know it's an old chestnut but it's also a rat infested eyesore too.
