Hi Bill how's things on your side of the river ?
Short " summer " this year so not as good as usual over this way but ok.
Went looking for Nick on the web after reading your post. He looks good seems like the good life in VT agrees with him.

Francis is in Fair Haven Vermont now for the past few years and doing well I think though he is a bit sporatic on communication and I have'nt been able to get up that way for a few years for a visit.
Milo of course we lost recently which is too bad, he should have been around a lot longer bothering people and just being Milo.
Fourth floor was a hoot , always something going on any time 24/7 somewhere up there.

Milo was on the " hill " side of the hall and Fran and I on the " porch " side on the dining room end of the building.
Who was it recorded the sound of coins going into the hall public phone and used to make long distance calls and play back the correct amount/sounds so the operator thought that the coins were going into the collection box ? I remember we found him doing that one night and he explained what he was doing. Eventually they took the phone out cause it cost the company too much in uncollected revenues.
Night crawling ? Food on the ledge? Spontanious parties ?
