Subject: Nick Cowles On The Radio

I heard an ad on the radio today (in NYC,) for Vermont tourism.
It was the voice of Nick Cowles. He owns an incredible piece of land on Lake Champlain, in Shelbourne - grows apples there. He's also quite a figure in the Burlington (and beyond) scene - music and some politics too.
In the fall of 1969, He and Tim Kiley (known as Gus then - also from Shelbourne,) lived on the fouth floor of the main building. I remember Milo was there, also Bill Manser and Franny Ducharme.
I'm interested to hear recollections of that time and place.
