I've done it and am about to do it to another S. You need quite a bit to do it correctly. First, don't bother with the stock TLR m/c, get a radial (Brembo, AP, etc) m/c; the difference is amazing. Second, you'll need the magneto side cover and all related covers for that side and the slave cylinder. Don't forget the TLR actuating rod. You'll likely need to buy the bearings and bushings inside the magento cover unless you can swap them from your old one without damaging them. Don't let anyone tell you you can just mount the R stuff onto the S cover-they are different.
